MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

Please read the following agreement carefully before registering as a member of our website.

  1. Parties

a) The website https://contactturkiye.shop/ ("Website") is operated by Contact Danışmanlık Uluslararası Ticaret Limited Şirketi, located at Selami Ali Mah. Cumhuriyet Cad. No:46/38 Üsküdar/Istanbul (hereinafter referred to as "Contact Turkiye").

b) The internet user who becomes a member of https://contactturkiye.shop/ ("Member")

  1. Subject of the Agreement

The subject of this Agreement is to determine the terms and conditions for the Member's use and benefit from the Website owned by Contact Turkiye.

  1. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

3.1. The Member declares and undertakes that the personal and other information provided during membership registration is accurate and that they will compensate all damages suffered by Contact Turkiye or third parties due to the inaccuracy of this information.

3.2. The Member cannot share the password provided by  with others or organizations. The responsibility for the security of this password lies solely with the Member. The Member is solely responsible for any claims or demands made to Contact Turkiye due to unauthorized use.

3.3. The Member agrees to comply with all legal regulations when using the Website and to accept full legal and criminal liability for any violations.

3.4. The Member cannot use the Website for illegal purposes, including but not limited to disturbing public order, violating general morals, harassing others, promoting crime, infringing on intellectual property rights, or performing harmful activities (e.g., spam, virus, trojan horse).

3.5. The opinions and ideas expressed on the Website belong solely to the Members and are not associated with Contact Turkiye. Contact Turkiye is not responsible for any damages resulting from these opinions.

3.6. Contact Turkiye is not liable for unauthorized access to Member data or for any damage to Member software or data.

3.7. The Member agrees not to access or use other users' data or software without authorization. The Member is solely responsible for legal and criminal consequences.

3.8. Members who violate one or more clauses of this Agreement will bear all legal and criminal liabilities and release Contact Turkiye from responsibility. Contact Turkiye reserves the right to seek compensation.

3.9. Contact Turkiye may reject, suspend, or terminate a membership at its sole discretion without reason. The Member accepts this in advance.

3.10. The software and design of the Website are owned by Contact Turkiye and are protected under intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

3.11. Contact Turkiye may collect and use access information (e.g., IP address, access time, visited pages) for legal and improvement purposes.

3.12. The Website has been scanned for viruses, but Members are responsible for their own software protection.

3.13. Contact Turkiye reserves the right to change, remove, or terminate any content or service on the Website at any time.

3.14. Contact Turkiye may modify this Agreement at any time without notice. Changes become effective on the publication date.

3.15. Contact Turkiye is not responsible for service interruptions, errors, data loss, viruses, or unauthorized access resulting from force majeure or other reasons. It is not liable for the content of third-party sites linked to the Website.

  1. Force Majeure

Events beyond the Parties' control that prevent or delay the fulfillment of this Agreement shall be considered force majeure, and Contact Turkiye will not be liable. Such events include:

  • Natural disasters (fire, flood, epidemic, earthquake, etc.)
  • War, civil unrest, terrorism, revolution
  • Strikes, lockouts, blockades
  • Restrictions or interventions by official authorities
  • Judicial or administrative decisions blocking access to the Website
  • Cyberattacks such as DDoS, phishing, SQL injection, ransomware, etc.
  1. Privacy and Personal Data Regulations

5.1. Contact Turkiye informs the Member that the personal data provided and data related to purchases made through the Website may be recorded, stored, processed, shared with service providers, and transferred abroad if necessary. The Member accepts that Contact Turkiye is not responsible for inaccuracies in the data provided.

5.2. The Member may request Contact Turkiye to stop data processing and communication at any time. Upon request, data may be deleted or anonymized unless otherwise required by law.

5.3. As the data controller, Contact Turkiye will respond to the following requests:

a) To learn if personal data is processed b) To request information if processed c) To learn the purpose and use of data ç) To learn third parties to whom data is transferred d) To request correction of incomplete/incorrect data e) To request deletion/destruction if reasons for processing no longer exist f) To request notification of actions under (d) and (e) to third parties g) To object to automated decision-making ğ) To request compensation for unlawful processing

  1. Termination of Agreement

Contact Turkiye may terminate the Agreement and cancel the membership at any time, with or without cause, and without notice or liability. The Member may also terminate this Agreement unilaterally at any time. The Agreement remains in effect until the membership is terminated by either party.

  1. Dispute Resolution

Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction over disputes arising from this Agreement.

  1. Enforcement

By registering, the Member accepts all the terms in this Membership Agreement. This Agreement becomes effective upon the Member checking the approval box and clicking the Sign Up button.
